Pistilli co-op in Astoria
Up to Neighborhood Discussion
Anybody checked it out yet? The apts. are huge, but very poorly outfitted and have laminate flooring. The quality is very bad, even the tiles in the bathrooms...
Is there any information online about it? Who is marketing it? I remember reading about it a while back in The Real Deal.
when we went there 2 weeks ago, it has just opened and it was a mad house, they did not even have all the floor plans out and we left after we looked around No they don`t have anything online, you have to go there.I remenber reading about that their maint. is going to be $1.50 psf, steep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What did you think of it though? Is this worth looking at? Where is it located exactly? Geez $1.50/sqft maint. is Out of hand for astoria.
We could not see very much of any amenities, allthough they said: 'pool' as one of the benefits, but I think is the one in Astoria Park across the street!! Ha, ha that will be funny, the apt. are huge but because for several months is was "Stop Order Const." you can see rain stains in the apt on the fake flooring and on the terraces with big pools of water {I guess floor is not even}. But you can get a one bedroom for around $300,000. Also, is around 10 blocks from the train...................The lofts I did not see, they have high ceillings and some view. Go and check it out and post the web if they bave one. thank you
