The 1st annual Astoria/LIC International Film Festival is the beginning of what we believe will be a long standing tradition of promoting new and emerging voices in film, fiction, spoken word and art. The festival will run from October 22 to October 24, 2010. The festival will strive to promote an open and nurturing environment for artists, writers, actors, filmmakers and fans, and will focus on offering great networking opportunities for its participants. There will be film screenings, short story and script readings, panel discussions, and, of course, parties! Please join us as we start off on a great new tradition and an exciting journey. 5th Annual Taste of LIC
The fifth year of the wonderful event to raise money for the Chocolate Factory Theater. The event is Tuesday, June 8th 2010 and is held in Gantry Plaza State Park.
