Trash Cans Around ARN?

Does anyone know if there are plans to put trash cans around the building, on the sidewalk?

I noticed there were none as I tried to throw something away the other day.

I addressed this issue with management about two months ago as the only place to deposit dog waste is on other buildings property. I got this response on Apr 24th.

"We will be putting trashcans around the building. I apologize for the inconvenience during this process of receiving them."

It's sure taking a long time to receive them.

I thought that pile of trash they put on Center Blvd was the trash can... oops. Is that considered littering then? Because if it is, wow, Avalon is soooo gonna get fined!
