Hi. I have a 1-BR available for sub-lease in Avalon Riverview North beginning August 1st. I have posted an ad on Craigslist and NY Times but haven't had the response I expected. According to the Avalon leasing office, they have no 1BR's available and yet that's what they get the most requests for. The Avalon staff is not allowed to forward my info to someone looking for a 1-BR and yet if I break my lease I have to pay a HUGE 2 month's worth of rent penalty. This is frustrating. We are legit! We just don't want to lose 2 months rent and our deposit! Help!

I do have to say that if we didn't have to move we would not be looking to. We LOVE it here. The staff is nice and amenities are great. The sublease will be LEGAL and in accordance with Avalon's sublease policy. details:
