Mount Trashmore at ARN

I am finding that folks in the building are not being sufficiently environmental- i.e. they're not sorting their garbage.  As a result, the garbage shute is backed up with cans, plastic bottles, boxes, etc.  Everything I saw in there this morning can be recycled. 


Are other people noticing the same thing?  Any thoughts on how to encourage good behavior?
