Any news recently?  What kind of rent increases are coming these days?

I can only speak from having looked around the LIC area recently for a one bedroom (including Riverview North), but prices all around the neighborhood have dropped 200-300 per month in the last month. Any increase over 5% seems to me would be a real stretch right now.
