Really good chance.  They have promised everyone the pool on Memorial Day, and given that it looks completed, they will rpobably deliver.  I spoke to the doormen, and they are now saying Memorial Day for the deck as well, although there is no official word on that from the riverview north management.

Pool is finished and filled...YEAH! Deck has made MAJOR progress and they have put up signs not to go out on it till Memorial Day...so no doubt in my mind we will be grilling and in our swim wear by then...only wish the weather would help us out =(
