hi - i am considering leasing an apt at avalon north and have a few questions...

-- from reading this board, they charge for water - is that correct still? and if so, what are the bills running?

-- is it safe to walk from the 7 train late at night (11pm-1am)?

I can confirm that in the older Avalon building, we are technically being billed for water.  The bills somehow never get mailed to us, but we are responsible for paying them (long story).  The amount charged is approximately $50-75 month.

I live in Riverview North, and I come home late all the time.  No problem so far with safety.  As for water, am pays a lot more than I do.  I received a water/sewerage bill for my time from August to December and it was less than $25 for all four months.
