My two cents, your petition will be used as toliet paper by Avalon. Enjoy the pool, don't expect many changes.

I don't know where to start on how wrong you are, but I guess stating that the fee is $20 would be one. You're limited to 15 guests, for free... two. I dont know, there's plenty more but I'm tired. Oh, and the deck has real grass, and it's spectacular.

I guess you haven't done your homework, because I looked at East Coast prior to leasing here and the roofdeck is not what it appears. First off, the cute little cabanas they have cost $60 to rent. Secondly, guests cost $25. So if you want to go out on the terrace to smoke a cigarette with a friend, it's $25. Same with the gym. Guests are free here. Their amm. fee is $600 per person, not $500 an apt like ARN. Something to think about<p>
