Hi all,

I moved into the older building recently and I had my cable internet, phone and TV set up soon thereafter.  Since the set up date, the only thing that has worked is the internet.  The phone is dead and the TV is all digitized, crashes constantly, blank on several channels, etc.  I am being told by Time Warner technicians that there must be an issue with the wiring in the walls, and I am being told by the building that Time Warner has an outage in the area and that's the problem. 

In the meantime, I AM MISSING THE SEASON FINALE OF AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL, which is kind of all that really matters to me. 

Is anyone else with Time Warner experiencing an outage in their phone and television?  My "outage" has lasted for the past 8-9 days.

I've had relatively stable service from time warner, both cable and internet, for the past year and a half. Some complaints with the TV, but not signal problems I believe its my box.

My internet has been out since yesterday (tuesday) morning and I only receive a few channels, espn, mtv, and a few others. I was actually wondering if this was affecting anyone else. I hope its Time Warner and not the building, since I suspect Time Warner will act quicker to get the service up and running than will Avalon.

Yeah.. my cable was out for 2 days. The area had an outage. I am glad that the TV guide search was still working though.. so we could see what we were missing! They should deduct 2 days from our bill.
