Hi all,

I just stumbled upon this site while looking for opinions on the riverview and riverview north and it appears to be a GEM!  My girlfriend and I are planning to move to one of the properties in the summer.  We have been in contact with leasing agents from both sites and seen a 2BR at the North site and will be seeing a 2br this weekend in the older, south site. 

My biggest worry and hopefully you guys can give some opinions is that my gf has basically put in her notice (90 days) at her apartment, but its flexible if she needs a few extra weeks or a month...i can get out of my lease by giving 60 days notice but its a hard 60 days...

Were lookign at july 1st.... should I be worried that a 2BR will not open up??  I hear from the agent at ARN that he typically only gets a month, maybe a few more weeks than that of notice...and the AR guy says he asks for 60 days but requires 30.

I think we definitely like the North site better, and especially now that we haerd the AR is now more expensivev by a few hundred $$$ .  Anyway, I plan on frequenting this site and any info or help on getting myself into the community is VERY much appreciated.

My husband and I just moved into a 2 bedroom in the older building.. and we could not be happpier! Is price the main factor? If not, than what is? The main reason that we moved here, instead of ARN, was the pet policy. When we were looking into moving, ARN did not allow pets, and AR did. I am not sure if ARN now allows pets.. anybody know? The entire area is beautiful, and very safe. I am sure that you will be happy with whichever building that you choose. Also, we have our cars parked in the ARN deck because we were told that our deck here is full. There are many many spots still available in the ARN deck.. so maybe that means that the building is only partially full? I don't know, but maybe that means that you would have your pick of floorplan? Hope I can help!

hey guys, thanks for the responses...since writing this, we have put down security + amenities at the AR.  They had a 2BR becoming available in July.  This helps us take care of the lease and security deposits of our current places just fine and we are VERY Excited to move in.

Quick question, does AR have cold storage for FreshDirect orders?  Can't wait until we move there!
