Any water bills yet?

Uhmm... actually the fee was for one month, not since August. Apparently, they didn't set up the water/energy bill monitoring until recently and were too afraid of the backlash from residents if they just pulled some number out of thin air (given their reputation from Riverview South)...
What sucks if how they throw in an administrative fee that exceeds the water bill itself, or a $3 "convenience fee" for paying online. Still, though, considering residents' expectations, not bad for one month...
I will have to look at our bill again, but my bill indicated that it was for 117 days, not one month. Where does it say that?
