So I know there is this forum, but I did come across a dedicated forum that is nice enough to have categories for posts and seems to have a better "look and feel":

Looks great, I agree! We need something like this dedicated just 4 Avalon South. That would be perfect. No mixing with posts from other buildings so the focus will remain on AR South, + the categories r a nice touch. Tnx 4 recommending.
p.s. AS is an old veteran of this land being the 2nd building in the entire area, after Citylights. Might not be such an unfair idea
