Overnight Guest Parking

Posted by Amy at June 27. 2008

Hello,

I'm going to be moving to NYC into the Avalon Riverview in July and will have some guests coming for a few days to help with the move. They were debating whether to drive or fly and the difference in cost will depend on the cost of parking. I heard there is overnight guest parking available at the Citylights building, but I can't their prices listed anywhere.

Does anyone have more information on where to park near the building and how much it will cost?

Thank you,

Amy

Free street parking is pretty easy to find over the weekend and at night.  Once you find a spot you don't have to move the car for street cleaning which is nice.  If it's during the daytime there are usually spaces two blocks away by the Crabhouse restaurant where you can feed the meter for up to 4 hours.

I think parking in the Citylights building is around $15 a day.  There is also a garage in the Eastcoast building that might have better rates.
Please take a look at the forum rules and FAQ section.
