Riverview North Prices
Up to Riverview Discussion
A little birdie (not sure if they want to be known) sent me this email with looks like the starting prices and dates for the Avalon Riverview North.
- Pre-leasing in June
- Studies starting at $1681
Looks like they are going to be aggressive as East Coast studies, IIRC, started at like $1800.

East Coast studios started at 1600 as well.

Riverview North's website proudly champions the building's proximity to the 7 Train, but just in case you don't want to look like you're riding through Beirut next to some kid with purple hair, next to some queer with AIDS, right next to some dude who just got out of jail for the fourth time, right next to some 20-year-old mom with four kids, then parking space are $295/month. Actually, we're not even sure if John Rocker could afford to live in Long Island City nowadays. Sad. Oh, and if you have a pet, you'd better look elsewhere.

Have to love how they classify LIC, because clearly these sterotypes are ONLY found in LIC and no where to be found anywhere in manhattan, brooklyn or the rest of NYC!
