don't sit here and compare who pays what have it dedcuted and get a credit for what you are owed and have your lease revised so you do not have to pay ANY extra charges!!!! NO REASON FOR YOU TO BE PAYING THE WATER BILL!!!!

... and I'm bumping this because I figure I can't possibly be alone in freaking out over my $209 bill for 10/31 to 12/29. I am willing to pay for the utilities as I signed as such in a lease, but the methodology is greatly flawed to come to that number.
