Avalon does not like the tenants tipping their employees. You'll see notices around in the elevators telling you of such. They'd rather you show your appreciation by writing letters or maybe even giving them cookies.

What do you think the employees feel? And why should Avalon be in this equation? You tip the employee not Avalon. Send Avalon some cookies.

forget the notices in the elevators.. cookies thats funny to me. you must be a employee to avalon to even think of doing that. thats really showing your appreciation to them.
