Privacy shades

Ever since the new building has come up across the street from Citylights I have been hunting for privacy shades. I am looking for shades that you can look out but people can't look in even when there is light on inside the apartment. Can anyone recommend something or even an interior decorator who might know? Melissa
You should stop by the shop on Vernon Blvd. called Briggs & Costa. They are interior designers and I am sure they probably have a good solution for your problem.
