7 train interruption schedule?

Is there a way to figure out more than one week in advance when the 7 train will be shut down through LIC?  The MTA website only has "weekly" advisories.  Specifically, I'm trying to make sure the train will be running the weekend of December 8.

all i could find is this:


Flushing-bound trains skip 69, 74, 82, 90, 103, and 111 Sts

Weekday, Nov 28 - 30 and Dec 5 - 7

10:30 AM to 3 PM Wed to Fri
and looking at the interruption schedules for the other train lines, it looks like things are planned and announced well into the middle of december
