I hired a company early last year (Feb 09) to do testing inside my apartment and outside the area.  I was concerned with all the building in the area about all the toxins coming into the air...  The founding that they had really was that I needed some more/better air filtration, but they found nothing in the air that was dangerous.  They also tested outside and did not find anything over the limits.  I got an official report from them and I believe the cost was $425.  Their website is www.ters.com.  Hope that helps...  I was happy that I did it because, as you know, all the building over the area north of Citylights, was over toxic grounds...  Check out their website and give them a call.  They were pretty responsive and came out quickly.  Let us know if you find anything dangerous, or anything we need to be concerned about.
