where's this ice rink going to be?  the link also mentioned a new YMCA and where will that be?

looks like the Sleepy's on Van Dam St.  Near LaGuardia C.College. If so, then the Y they  mention is probably the one on Queens Blvd. a few blocks away.  Nice..will be fun to have an ice rink nearby.
