park incident

This is referring to the ealrier thread about Little Ones written by somebody a few days ago. Why is that thread shut down?

My nanny also witnessed the incident, which upsets me. I confirmed that the group of 10 kids were from Little Ones. The teacher is described as an older woman with short greyish hair. Apparently, she is always brash with the kids but not as bad as what happened this time.

Jake - the fact that the school does not bring pail and shovel to the park doesn't mean the investigation should stop. The pail belongs to another kid who was also in the park at morning.

I'm sure the thread got shut down because the story sure sounded like BS and it still does.  It's all second hand from nannies yet you also somehow know the pail belonged to another kid.  Sounds like someone's got an axe to grind with Little Ones for whatever reason.

I locked the thread because the poster wrote me and said that she was not 100% sure it was Little Ones and I talked to the owner and the teacher in the park that day and it was not them.

Based on that, I locked the thread so it wouldn't go any further.

Talking about a bad meal, is one thing, talking about a nursery school abusing kids, is another and where I draw the line.

I don't need to waste time arguing with somebody on this board. I take interest in protecting our children before business. Parents can make up their own mind.

I have noticed an increasing amount of dollar vans that stop in front of the building to pick up the many Asian resident that live here. They usually transport Citylights residents to Chinatown to work in the garment industry or restaurants. Has anyone ever taken any of these vans and do they go elsewhere in Manhattan? I don't think you need a reservation and I'm sure they are available to everyone. "
