I want to officially celebrate the new website and all the work that has gone into it so am thinking about either doing a Pub Crawl or a Party.

What is the difference? Well, a crawl would be the same old same old, where we go from bar to bar a party, would be in a space (bar/lounge) for some amount of hours (3/4?).

I am leaning towards trying a party. Something fun, with food drink, whatever in a local establishment.

Thoughts?

A party would be cool, but I like how the crawl breaks up social groups and lets new ones form at the new bar/location.  I think if you just did one location, the same group(s) would just stay together and not as much mingling would go on.

Also its fun to try out new places and the food/drinks each one offers. 

Why not try and see if any bar would want to try an Queenswest open bar for a few hours one Saturday night?

It would have to be a night other than Sat. for a venue to agree to an open bar.  Maybe on a wed night after work?
