Hey, have you noticed the new holiday lights along Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City? According to QueensWest.com, the display kicked off on December 9th, and according to a Curbed tipster, it's pretty much rescuing LIC from slipping back into real estate irrelevance. In fact, the Vernon Boulevard light spectacular is so special, we received multiple versions of the following note from different e-mail addresses. Enjoy:

Delta Force Army Navy did not just arrive on the scene in Long Island city this past year. Where is this coming from ?
