Arris Retail Space - any idea as to who or what?

Any word as to plans for the enormous retail space on the ground floor?  Last I heard (way back in early 2008), it was slated to be a Gristedes supermarket but heard from a good source that those plans died in negotiations.  Any news on this? Thanks.
