anybody see the ad for this hanging in front of a skinny lot between dykes lumber and a red building on jackson ave near 44 drive? i checked the website but, as usual, no info other than a pic. (kimayalofts.com) anybody know the details on this one?

been wondering when we would here about this site. 1 block from arris. thought it would be condo, sounds cool, 18 ft ceilings, that sounds cool. never realized how amazing it is to have high ceilings until i moved to arris. i go to my old apt now (my friend lives there) and i can't believe how cramped i feel.
