Community Board 2, in cooperation with NYC Economic Development Corporation, (EDC), New York City Department of City Planning, DCP and NYC Housing Preservation and Development, (HPD) has scheduled a Public Meeting for the Proposed Development of Hunters Point South from 50TH Street running south to Newtown Creek and west from Borden Avenue to the East River.
The Proposed Hunters Point Project Plan will be presented by representatives of NYC Economic Development Corporation, (EDC), New York City Department of City Planning, DCP and NYC Housing Preservation and Development, (HPD).
There will be an opportunity at the end of the presentation to ask questions and to make comments on the Proposed Project Plan. Comments will be heard from any interested member of the public who will have 3 minutes to comment on the Project Plan. Written statements will be accepted.
This is the first in a series of Public meetings, which will include Public Hearings on this Proposed Project Plan.
