Hello everyone!

I'm moving into the Echelon this weekend and don't currently have a parking space. I'm looking to rent a space somewhere w/in walking distance of the building that is accessible 24/7. Does anyone have a space?

try the garage on court sq (next to arris) that is where i park...$190/month, super happy there, you park your own car. though it is multi-level (i think 4 levels) i have always gotten a spot on the ground level, very close. i'm a weekend driver though, sure the busy times are m-f 9am/5pm, otherwise it is dead quiet.

Avaday, do you have any concerns for your car's safety since it sounds like you leave it in the garage for several days at a time? Have you noticed your car getting banged up at all? I am planning to get a spot in the public parking lot in Queens Plaza (the ugly one, same price). Thanks!

absolutely none, they have 24 security and always someone in the office. i actually think my car is safer here than it was on the ues, with a valet. haven't had it banged up yet either, (knocking wood) whereas it was always getting dinged at my former garage. it is parked m-f, and i have kept a lot of stuff in and op top of the car that no one has touched (again knocking wood)

a little aside...i plan to keep my truck there even when arris opens its garage. cheaper and i really prefer parking it on my own.

avaday, do you have the number for your garage? also, do you or anyone else have any parking recommendations slightly closer to the waterfront area? I'm at old Avalon which has a super-long wait list. I inquired at Citylights and, at the time, they told me they weren't even accepting people on the wait list for a few months!
