Take a look. The buildings themselves aren't bad, but what advertising: the only way that view advertised from One Hunters Point exists is if demolition crews take down the Powerhouse & Avalon Riverview. Shameless.

I added them to the Real Estate Map (Google) and in the neighborhood section.

Now we have two more names.

Now they have huge ads up above Bella Via.

by the way, looks like brown harris stevens is finally getting into the LIC mix with this development. elliman, corcoran, halstead, brown harris have now all joined the dance.
