41-34 Crescent Street? New building?

I noticed a new building permit for 41-34 Crescent Street by Ciampa Crescent LLC (next to View50 and across from Crescent Club). Permit # Q022007101005. Anyone know what this building will be? or what it'll be called? Also, I've noticed construction has begun on the Crescent Club condo building.

Yeah its going to be a rental building that will house about 141 units or so, its going to be a highrise

I don't see any mention of the building on longislandcitynyc.com. Where can i found out about this?
