Sorry if I missed this, but there's a new Corcoran condo on 47th St just down from the Badge. Looks like most have outdoor space. 2 listings on Corcoran $700k for 2+2 1100 sq ft. Ah Viscaya, just like Miami...Nice features, but the bldg is kind of plain.
Subliminal advertising at its best: go to lic-me's url and click on the "exterior" thumbnail->I had this strange inner feeling of wealth, quality, performance, and a touch of what I can only describe as um-pah when viewing the Viscaya, but after I put my finger over the porche parked accross the street it went away.
