I bought a unit at Fusion

The ultra high-end appliances, finishes, and size of the apartments just blew me away. I bought on the "A" with views of the city from the living room and the two BRs. Also "A" has the largest BRs of all the lines. Other future Fusion dwellers - what line is the unit you bought in, and why did you buy it? Are you concerned about lack of parking? With the Municipal Lot being torn down for the Tischman Gotham Center, where will you park?

Congrats. Parking is not going to be easy though.

We are in contract for a D unit. My girlfriend loves the light the D unit receives. I personally would have liked to have purchased an A unit, because the units left were cheaper, and I am a cheap bastard. Since there are only 24 units, I am sure we'll get to know all the neighbors soon enough. I am also curious as to what happens to the commercial space on the first floor. I don't own a car, so I am not concerned about the parking at all. I guess they sold about 5 units this weekend judging by the availability before and after, 2 accounted for here.

dcdude,

D units do get great sunlight. What floor did you buy on?What units are still available?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Mike/dcdude,

I went to take a look at the apartments there today. The finishings looked amazing. I am also interested in the A line. Do you know how flexible they are in the pricing?

Also found out about the parking. Once the garage across the street goes down, they plan to make the new parking underground, so there should still be parking there.

Thanks,

bert
