Wow, it's on the other side of the 10-50 Jackson building (on the other corner, so they won't block each other's views). Good stuff, let us hope more keeps getting built.
Wasn't this site recently sold and the existing building demolished. Is the new buyer just flipping it?
What a hideously ugly building. Once again, the architects thumb their noses at the design, materials and context of the older buildings in the surrounding area. They don't even bother to render the brick row houses on 51st Avenue in the background. I just don't get it.
