Echelon - Prospective Buyer
Up to Neighborhood Discussion
Hey guys!
I am going to check out the Echelon today, as well as the sales center for 10-50 Jackson Avenue.
What do you guys believe are the pros and cons? How's the crowd there? Younger?
I am looking for a higher floor with a view, all apartments on the north end for most part are already sold. I am looking at a 12th floor south facing terrace apartment.
Anyone know of plans of larger buildings that may block my 12th story terrace?
Sorry for all the question, I am excited to check out the place today.
Thanks!

nothing specific of which i am aware right now, but you should expect to lose at least a portion of your view at some point. highrise development along the southern queenswest and northern greenpoint waterfronts is inevitable.
