Which one is better...I'd say 10-50 Jackson due to the location and best "bang for the buck". Thoughts?

10-50 Jackson for location? Not sure I would agree with that one.

Regarding its location, its right near the subway and water (when that part of the water gets developed more). 5SL looks at the Avalon and Citylights parking lots and isn't that impressive to me. 5SL also abuts a bunch of warehouses and repair shops, another downer.

I'm confused...do you mean 10-50 Jackson is by the water? If so, the water is no where near there unless you're talking about Newtown Creek..which really isn't near 10-50 at all.

Yeah, not really sure that 10-50 is closer to any water.
