Up to Neighborhood Discussion
fdk? what are you looking at?? 10-50 jackson is 1 block from toll site, taller and on some high floors they are about $100+/ft lower then toll. Numbers are under $700/ft at jackson. High floors with outdoor space like $710/ft (they are $900+/ft at Toll). ????
1BR's start at $359K
2BR starting at $533K
1BR's start at $359K
2BR starting at $533K
Actually, 10-80 Jackson is 3-4 blocks from the Toll Brothers site, which makes all the difference, being that it is on the water practically, and not near all that nasty traffic. Also, 2-bedrooms at Toll Brothers opened at under $700/square foot.
Yes Toll opened at $700/ft on like the 2nd and 3rd floors… that is they put a few listing up at $700/ft only to raise prices before anyone got there and now they are WAY over $700/ft.
Jackson is $670/ft on the 5th floor with full frontal views of the city.
It is a 1.25 (to be exact) block difference from the water. But the angle is better as you are not blocked by buildings in front of you the way toll is. And you geta down town view from Jackson too. It’s splitting hairs… both have great views.
Jackson is taller by a lot.
That also makes Jackson closer to the train.
So you’re wrong. By a lot you are wrong. They are not more. They are a lot less.

You sound like the developer, or maybe broker .... good luck selling units tomorrow! Cheers. BTW - I've never, ever heard of a developer or broker (Corcoran) raising prices before actually selling any units. This appears deceitful at best, as initial prices were clearly listed on the website, a ploy to simply raise initial interest, I suppose.
