There's not even a chance to get in at a "decent" price. Must be the 5SL effect. I guess I shouldn't expect powerhouse to be affordable either.

I'm not arguing whehter these prices are affordable or not, but it really amazes me that anyone is actually surprised at all by the pricing on this. By now it is a fairly well established pattern that pricing with each new development in LIC is going up. These prices, however, are still substantially below costs in Manhattan and quality of construction is arguably much higher - hence the high demand.

I'm not arguing whehter these prices are affordable or not, but it really amazes me that anyone is actually surprised at all by the pricing on this. By now it is a fairly well established pattern that pricing with each new development in LIC is going up. These prices, however, are still substantially below costs in Manhattan and quality of construction is arguably much higher - hence the high demand.
