In today's (2/8) New York Post, there's an ad for the Developers Group, saying they know Long Island City and listing their projects in the area. They've got the Powerhouse, the Badge and the Gantry, but they also have listed a project called 'The Foundry'...anyone have info on this one? Is it the Foundry, where they've had benefits for the LIC Boathouse...near the Queensboro Bridge?

There's no info on their website.

I think the Foundry is the one on 50th and 5th?

That's not The Developer's Group, that's Douglas Elliman. Don't confuse the two, The Developers Group handles View59, Echelon, and Queens Plaza. Douglas Elliman handles those buildings above as well as Arris and I think maybe one more

Douglas Elliman is doing the commercial leasin for Arris. The Sunshie Group is the Realtor.

I always confuse those two.
