Does anybody know when this project is supposed to break ground?

Don't know for sure, but the city/state (whoever controls the power plant there) wants them to stay there past this summer to get us past any heat waves...or they claim we'll have more blackouts.

So more delays on development in New York...whod thunk it. :)

I can't imagine a power company trying to sell more power.

Of course that big new shiny power plant up the street probably can't handle it.

fred - kyle has a way of confusing opinion/rumor with fact. he'll also tell you how a skyscraper is going up directly in front of the powerhouse condo development.
