These impeccable residences are ideal homes for those looking for a Manhattan lifestyle without the Manhattan crowds. Offering a wealth of amenities including; state of the art digital custom Kohler shower systems, top of the line Sub Zero refrigerators, premiere Viking stoves and appliances, and hand crafted European cabinetry. The construction is the finest Long Island City has to offer. All spaces will have wide plank Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors throughout. Floor to ceiling widows crafted with four layers of Italian glass for the ultimate sound proofing. Stunning views of the Manhattan Skyline! Spacious loft-style layouts start at twelve hundred square feet and many will feature terraces. The full service building will have laundry on every floor and an enormous rooftop deck. Fusion is the ideal place for those who prefer the path less traveled. Each distinctive residence is impeccably designed: state-of-the-art amenities, soaring 11 foot plus ceilings and the well-crafted finishes. All just one subway stop 5 minutes to Midtown. Low monthly C.C. and taxes have yet to be determined. Contact Christopher Kohler to see the difference for yourself.
Any info on these?

Misleading Fusionlic map

In addition to what has been mentioned, the following are also in the wrong place, on their map:

P.S. 78, Tuk - Tuk, Dominie's Hoek, Jackson Steakhouse, Tournesol, Bella Via, Lounge 47, Waters Edge, Vine Wine (The wine store as it is listed), Mcreilly's Pub, and Art-O-Mat. The Vernon-Jackson & Hunters Point stops of the #7 train, are also in the wrong place. In addition, aren't LIC Bar and LIC Draughts & Cordials, along with P.S. 1 Museum & P.S. 1 Contemporary Art Center, one and the same? They neglected to include the Citibank building (which is the tallest bldg in NYC, outside of Manhattan). They have Hunters Point Avenue in the wrong place. It begins at 21st Street, and continues eastward. They also have the farmers market shown as if it were a permanent business, instead of a seasonal Saturday market, in the middle of 48th Avenue. Lastly, they've omitted many businesses.

If they paid some company to create the map for them; they should demand a refund, or a new, accurate one. It is very misleading.

Maybe it can be chalked up to fiscal corner - cutting.

Charlie.
