Ok, I have had it with the childish back and forth about one building versus another. Trust me, you are not going to convince anyone by continuing.

Here is the deal. If you want to discuss the pros and cons of different apartments/buildings/neighborhoods feel free, but this childish crap of going back and forth like kids in a play ground is getting on my nerves and brings no value to this online community.

jake i dig your take charge attitude so i will leave it alone, i was only trying to illicit some opinions and maybe learn something since all i saw was unabashed hatred over a property and wanted to see if there was any merit behind it. GO JAKE!!!

There is a difference between exchanging opinions and saying "Your investment sucks and was stupid" (paraphrasing).

As a general rule, try not to post anything here you would not say to that persons face.
