Official announcement from the City. For what it's worth, $60K-$145K is not the projects, IMHO. At least it means that something is finally happening on that site, since the Olympic Village has been toast for well over a year.

Remember that this is the former Budweiser site, Stage 3...not the area by the Powerhouse that was supposed to be the commercial core of the original QW plan, Stage 4.

Wow - this isn't one or two apartments - this is more than 50% of the waterfront not to mention the Queensbridge Housing to the North.
