Me too - I wonder if the brokers are just saying that to create a panic. It's raining outside why would anyone wait outside for 4 hours to go to a opening party. I could be wrong but just my thoughts.

I am not a fan of how Developers Group handles new units. I give Rick Kelly so much credit for his marketing of Gantry, it was organized.

These open house "party" reminds me of the floor of the NYSE. people trying to get attention so they can possibly get a unit.
