I saw one around the hood the other day and now I can't remember where. It on a sign in front of the building.

Any bank branch should have a notary. I know that the Chase branch on Jackson Avenue has one (just wait in the customer service line). I have an account there and they do not charge for the service. Many of the times that I have gone there to get something notarized they have not even asked me for my account information.

I seem to recall that Nancy (the mother) at Purple Pumpkin is a notary.
