Hi all,
Did they increase the price for the 2 bedroom apartments. My broker told me, they are almost sold and this is a great deal. Any thoughts?

I have not heard much about 44-27 recently. I assume they are selling though.

Purves has a 2B/2B for $607K, any thought if it is a good deal?
Also, what are some of the +/- with this property?
Any thoughts?

What is the sq ft?

Have you compared it to Arris & The Gantry?

What about the Echelon?
