So, what do you know about it? Has anyone met with the real estate agent yet?

(Galaxy is the 11 unit bldg on 50th and 5th)

i know that i don't understand why the north facing wall is not being built out with concrete block.

Apartements are very large! The back wall (north?) is windows to terraces. Nice large elevator too. If you look at the illistration our front you will motice there is parking.
