Looks like 4 people have already signed contracts at Echelon. Does anyone have any contracts out at the moment?!?

i purchased at arris several months ago and currently park my car near there so i'm there at least 2x a week. so far i have felt extremely safe, both walking towards vernon and hitting restaurants/bars, also on jackson, and walking on thompson. so far i have had little to no interaction with queens plaza, just drive-byes. everything west of the qb bridge access seems supeer quiet, both pedestrian and vechicle traffic.

Not much is said about Echelon, but 38 contracts have been signed and it looks like they're the next Condo in LIC to be closing. The neighborhood "keeps a changing".

was just in their web-site and they called the 99cent store "crapola", i must say i was not keen on the 99cent store at first, but you would be amaze what you can find in there.....I'm GLAD they're in the hood, the people who work there are very friendly....besides where else can you get a starbucks frap for $1.60. LONG LIVE 99cent STORES!
