I bought a unit there myself, and am actually a broker too, the area is deffinately exploding, ive been coming to L.I.C. since the 90's and wish i would have bought stuff back then... I can email you tons of literature if youd like...

I was just wondering if anyone that purchased on the lower floors have heard anything regarding their closing yet. This waiting is really tiresome!

i just saw in streeteasy.com that arris raised their pricing. that's great to see a profit even before you move in!

Actually you see a profit when you sell it, otherwise it's all just on paper.

Not a dig at you or the Arris building, but people get confused about that.
