The area around Arris Lofts is very safe. I live 2 blocks away from it right now, and recently purchased a loft there. I can't count the amount of times I have walked around the neighborhood at all hours of the night and felt completely safe.

A very positive thing about the Arris area is the multiple subways around it. This 7 train fiasco doesn't affect me, since i have the E and V right near me.
