$735,000
Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 2 Square feet: 1,238 Common charges: $636 -- This brand-new waterfront condo on Purves Street features Brazilian-wood plank floors, a private balcony off the master bedroom and radiant-heated floors and a cast-iron soaking tub in the master bath. But those all take a backseat to the "spectacular" city views from almost every room. Plus, the building has a common roof deck, gym and parking.

If Purves is waterfront, then you can call the whole Manhattan waterfront.
These brokers are laughable.
Seriously......what on earth do they say to the people when they show??? Its clearly not "waterfront".
Liars. Scumbags.
My wife and I are looking in that area, so I actually gave this broker a call. He was pretty cool and straightforward (no b.s.) and explained that someone in his office submitted the listing incorrectly and he did not know about it. I think I believe him.
This particular apt. is currently being rented out but is still for sale. Not sure how I feel about taking over a lease, although it might be nice to have someone pay my mortgage until property values start going back up. Anyways, just wanted to give you guys a heads up.
Peace out.
